About Michael
Michael is a fitness instructor with over ten years of experience in the industry. As part of his extensive range of training, he has become qualified to teach Pilates (REPs Level 3) with additional training in Pilates for clients with back problems (Spinesafe Pilates). Michael also has experience in leading a variety of other group exercise classes including Zumba, Zumba Gold, Clubbercise, Bokwa, Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Attack. In addition to the above, Michael has a degree in occupational therapy with a background in rehabilitation and holds a specialist qualification in fitness training for ageing populations (REPs Level 3). In the last twenty years, Michael has worked for a number of NHS Trusts in the United Kingdom helping individuals with complex physical disabilities and injuries. |
