The class size is a maximum of 15, so your class can be tailored around your own needs. Everyone gets personal guidance throughout the class when it is required.

With Pilates Michael works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with a particular emphasis on strengthening and stabilizing the abdomen, back and pelvic girdle region (also known as the core). Pilates also strengthens muscles related to maintaining and improving continence in both men and women.
